Returns & Exchanges

At LÜER X LAMBERT we want you to love your hat. If you're not happy, we make returns simple.

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To cancel, email us at Operations@luerxlambert.com within 14 days of delivery with your name and order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

If your hat arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with a photo at Operations@luerxlambert.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund including postage, and we will cover the cost of the return.

3. Non-Faulty Returns

We offer a 14-day returns window for non-faulty items.

Conditions:

•  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

•  For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns where there are signs of wear, deodorant marks, or smoke smell

•  Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty

4. How to Return

1.  Email Operations@luerxlambert.com with your order number and reason for return

2.  Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible

3.  Post to: LÜER X LAMBERT, 2 Elder Close, Portslade, BN41 2ER

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked service. We are not liable for parcels lost in transit back to us.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the entire order is cancelled. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel before your order is dispatched, email us immediately at Operations@luerxlambert.com.
