All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or amend products at any time without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colours and appearance may vary depending on device and screen settings.


3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) . We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time and to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.

4. Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions.


5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be processed through our returns portal. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition.
  • Be returned in original packaging with all included accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Once a return request has been approved, items must be returned within 14 days. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be rejected.


7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence where requested. All items will be inspected upon return. If items are found not to be faulty or have been damaged due to misuse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange and return the item at your expense. Where items are confirmed faulty or incorrect:

  • Return fees will not be charged.
  • Original shipping costs will be refunded.
  • A refund or exchange will be issued.

8. Return Shipping

Return shipping is arranged through our returns portal. A return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit without valid proof of postage.
